The fact that Pete Ferns was recommended to me by my Dad spoke volumes as he likes things done properly!
Pete and his team did not disappoint in any way. Our job started whilst we were still living outside the area and for 4 months only saw the site at weekends. We were kept completely in the loop and when we were unable to be contacted we were happy for Pete to make decisions on our behalf. These were always the decisions we would have made.
Over the course of the project Pete and his team gave advice, and guided us through the process. Without this support and help, this task would have been, without a doubt, overwhelming.The whole team often went above and beyond with their willingness to help us and support us.
The end result is a high quality job of which we are incredibly pleased with. The property is based on a major footpath and people who have seen the building before and after aways pass comment on what a great job has been done.
I could not recommend Pete and his team highly enough and will continue to use them for any future building requirements.
